At Carrie Elizabeth Designs, we understand that the journey of your jewellery should be as carefully considered as the pieces themselves. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping and returns processes, crafted with the same attention to detail we apply to our Gemstone Necklaces and Gold collections.

Shipping Information

We dispatch orders worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) with the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched from our Durham studio.

Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to customs clearance. We cannot be responsible for delays once items have left our studio.

Our Returns Promise

Should your carefully chosen piece not meet your expectations, we offer a 15-day returns window from the delivery date. Most items can be returned provided they’re in original condition – unworn, unaltered, and with all protective packaging intact.

Like the careful setting of a precious stone, we’ve designed our returns process to be simple yet secure:

  1. Initiate your return by emailing [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Item details (use our template below)
  2. Await our reply containing a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging, including all certificates and care cards
  4. Ship using a tracked service to:

  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days

Refund Details

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

Exchange Requests

Should you wish to exchange your item for another from our collections (perhaps one of our Gold pieces or Lifestyle Accessories), please indicate this in your return request. We’ll guide you through selecting your new treasure and cover the shipping cost of your replacement item.

International Returns: Please mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges. We cannot accept packages with customs fees due.
